The views toward Mont Blanc from the large living room windows are stunning, and the chalet is tastefully decorated with everything we need. We especially liked the sauna, which got plenty of use over the holidays. The basement boot room is handy for getting ready to ski without carrying gear through the living space. This is our second stay at Chalets des Liarets, and we’ll be back. The high standards suit our family perfectly. We’re usually five or six, though there’s room for more, and the large kitchen is great for cooking after a day on the slopes. It’s close to Chamonix centre but peaceful. Les Praz, the nearest ski lift, is a two-minute drive, and the walk into town takes twenty minutes along a pretty river. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is excellent for skiing and eating out. Blandine has always looked after us brilliantly.

Blandine, the owner, was lovely, caring and accommodating. The location also worked perfectly as a starting point for hikes and other activities, with the city center a short drive or walk away. The villa is set in a beautiful garden, and the apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped, including a great kitchen and laundry. We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an ideal place for a family, and I highly recommend it 🌟

The location made getting around easy. We could walk to La Paz for the train, gondola, and neighborhood market with fresh fruit and baguettes. There was also a longer, very pleasant riverside walk into Chamonix, away from traffic. Blanchine was only a text away if anything came up, and Charlotte kindly met us at the train station and drove us to the chalet. We had a wonderful long weekend. The chalet has a comfortable open floor plan and is nicely furnished. What a caring family, they really do care about good hospitality!

We stayed at chalet Aroles while celebrating my son’s wedding. The photos don’t do it justice. There are comfortable beds for eight adults, four bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and a cozy lounge and dining space. And those views are fantastic, the best in Chamonix x
