The room had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. It was a good price for a brand new hotel, and the staff were friendly. We stopped here on the way down to the mountains for skiing. There’s no dinner at the hotel, so we went down the road to Pizza Cosy and enjoyed it. Breakfast was fine, though I think it was around €15/€16 per person, which felt a little expensive. Replenishments were running low an hour before breakfast ended, even though it wasn’t especially busy. The staff were working hard to refill everything, but could have used another pair of hands. Before we arrived, the hotel sent instructions for getting into the car park. Follow them, because it’s a bit confusing where to enter. I believe the main entrance is still under construction. I’ve included a photo of the small signs at the entrance you need to use.

The hotel was new and beautiful, and the stay itself was very pleasant. Still, I’m really disappointed about the €100 deposit they charged to my bank account on check-in. I’d never had a hotel do that before, and 15 days later I was still waiting for it to be returned. If I’d known one night would end up costing more than double the price, I would’ve stayed in the city center. Update 7/1/26: more than a month later, I still haven’t received the €100 deposit back.

For a hotel that mainly serves people staying for work, it’s shameful how badly the Wi-Fi “chambres” performs. It keeps dropping every few seconds, or, if you’re lucky, every few minutes. I can’t believe this is happening.

The €100 deposit they asked for really bothered me, especially since I’d already paid for the room. They said it was in case of damage. There’s also no proper restaurant on site, so despite what must have been a big investment, the place isn’t very practical for business travelers. The room itself was perfectly adequate and the bed was very comfortable. But for anyone needing to work, the desk is just a tiny shelf in the hallway beside the bathroom. There’s nowhere to put a toiletries bag either, since it doesn’t fit on either side of the sink.
