The room's electric shutter didn't work. I reported it and was told it would be fixed or I'd be moved, but nothing happened. The bigger problem came when I got back at 10:30 p.m.: the street was closed, even though reception knew about it. The hotel parking costs extra, and there was nowhere to park on arrival without paying for a nearby lot. When the problems started, reception was hard to find and no one seemed to be there. The website says it's open 24/7, but it closes at 10:30 p.m. Very disappointing. This isn't serious, they should change jobs.

The only good part was the person I spoke to on the phone, who was pleasant and helpful. The stay itself was awful: unbearable sewer smells, a skylight that wouldn't shut, and a towel rack coming loose. The entrance was badly signposted, and the neighborhood felt unsafe at night, which left me uneasy.

The studios weren't clean, and the soundproofing was poor. My stay got off to a terrible start when I reached the room I'd been assigned and found someone else's room instead. Communication really needs improving. I won't stay here again.

The room was small, but very clean, and worked well for a short stay. It was a shame there were no hangers in the wardrobe. The hotel is close to the train station and not far from the city center, with all the bus lines easy to reach across the street. Remember to go to the hotel by the station to collect the keys and get the entry code.

The apartment was clean, though very small, and the location was good. There were unpleasant smells in the bathroom.
