The presentation really stood out, and the desserts were exceptional. There were five of us, and we all had a great time. We aren't from the area, but we're glad we tried this restaurant. The food was delicious, the waitress was friendly, and everything was very clean. We'd definitely recommend it.

The food is the main reason we'll be back. On our first night, we loved the veal kidneys (La Rogne) with their superb sauce, and on the second, the frog leg (Frog à Plume). Both are the chef's specialties. The menu is limited, but the ingredients are fresh and high quality, and everything was prepared just right. We also particularly enjoyed the oeuf meurette and trout gravlax starters, plus the rum baba. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pain au chocolat and croissants. Our room had a comfortable bed and a renovated bathroom, and the half-board option was excellent value. A wonderful stay at Auberge de la Source.

We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely come back to say hello to Aspen and its owners. The room at the back was a real plus for the peace and quiet, though the view was the one downside, which is to be expected given the location. Service was exceptional, and the meal was delicious and full of flavor. There was an excellent wine selection and a very good wine list. Breakfast felt a little too basic. It's a fantastic place in a superb location, and we'd highly recommend it. Thanks for everything 🤩

The food was delicious, with home-style cooking and touches inspired by Lyon's traditional bistros. I came with friends, and we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was friendly, and the service was lovely, with a smiling, attentive waitress and an owner who cares about his customers' experience. Thank you!
