Premiere Classe Chelles

I checked in that morning, and when I was ready for bed at 11 at night, the door suddenly opened and a man walked in. The receptionist had given him a key to my room. At first they said they couldn't find my reservation, which I'd paid for, then they checked again and said it was okay. The walls are damaged, the bathroom is small, and the floor is sticky with juice all over it. I'm still here and will update this after I leave. This is the worst hotel ever.

Awful! The place looked run down, the bins were overflowing, and the guy who checked us in barely spoke English. In our rooms, we found dirty, stained sheets, broken windows, lights hanging off the walls, and doors that looked as if they had been kicked in or broken into. We didn't feel safe, so we left. Now the hotel isn't responding to Expedia, and Expedia won't refund us for selling us a place that looks nothing like the pictures. It also looks as though an entire village is living at the back of the hotel.

The beds were filthy, lights were broken and hanging off the wall, the room door looked like it had been kicked in and never repaired, and there was a broken window into the room. My party and I felt so unsafe that we booked another hotel down the road. This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Don't stay here. Save yourself the money and time.

They cancelled a reservation I'd made 11 months ahead without any explanation beyond “overbooking.” The hotel service was the worst I've experienced. Nobody there speaks anything other than French, and they don't have the patience to answer emails or translate them. They never answer the phone, either to me or to the Booking.com support team.
