It’s in a quiet cul-de-sac, with free and safe parking, and makes a great base for exploring the Loire valley and nearby areas, whether you’re staying a short time or longer. The accommodation is very comfortable, and the pool and facilities are great. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the two hosts were helpful and took real care to make sure we had a good time. Highly recommended.
The hot air balloons passing overhead in the mornings and evenings were amazing to watch. We spent a fantastic week with Isabelle and Patrick, in a stunning location with a great pool and a well-equipped place to stay. It’s within walking distance of the spectacular chateau. A week worked very well for us, but it would also suit a short stop.
The house is in a peaceful, well-situated spot, and Patrick and Isabelle made us feel at home from the start. Their welcome and hospitality were wonderful. We had a fantastic stay at Le Roi Coq B&B, and would highly recommend it for a warm, relaxing visit.
The room and location were both nice, and the people were lovely, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is well worth having, with excellent flavours and very good value. Hard to fault as a base in Chenonceaux.
Isabelle and Patrick were such kind, generous hosts, and we had a lovely time staying with them. If we could give more than five stars, we would!
