The hotel needs refurbishment and feels tired. Although it was advertised as being in the city centre, it was quite a drive into town.

The hotel has plenty of parking, air conditioning in the rooms, and WiFi that stayed stable during my visit. Reception is open around the clock. Rooms were OK, and breakfast was excellent.

La Boucherie next door was quite good. The rooms were clean and up to IBIS standard, with two complimentary bottles of water, though the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel feels old fashioned, and the entire ground floor was being renovated when we arrived. The staff did their best and handled the situation well, but IBIS hadn't warned us during booking. WiFi was OK when it worked, but it was completely down from 16:00 to 18:00, with no note, apology, or compensation.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast. It's a very good hotel and not too expensive.
