Pierre looked after us so well for four nights, and breakfast was simple but fine, with good coffee too. It’s a great bed & breakfast for exploring Cluny and the surrounding area. The location can’t be beat!

Claire is an excellent host and a mine of information. The place is very central, opposite the Abbaye, and the prices are very reasonable. We stayed for one week; the rooms are large and well furnished, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, and I’ll return next time I’m in Cluny.

We were running late with my wife, daughter, and son-in-law, so I called ahead. Claire said not to worry and stayed up for us. She greeted us with smiles and showed us to our rooms. The next morning she served a wonderful breakfast and gave us lots of tips and directions for nearby sights. The two rooms were amazingly tidy and clean, and my wife said they looked “designed by a woman.” We only booked one night, unfortunately, and the place was already fully booked. Couldn’t have asked for more from a historic local lodging. Highly recommended.
