We’d booked this apartment for more than a week, but the establishment canceled two days before charging us. With the holidays just a week away, we had to call off the whole trip. Later, we noticed the establishment had availability for those same dates again, at four times the price we’d booked. No comment. In response to the establishment’s comment, the reservation wasn’t under my name. It was under my wife’s.
