We only stayed two nights, but had a fantastic time. The apartment has what you'd need for a short or long visit, including a washer and dryer with soap and a small but great kitchen with pots, utensils, and basic cooking supplies. It's right in Colmar's old town, with good grocery stores, provisionaries, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. A great place to stay.

No one was there when we checked in or out, so we had to manage on our own. At first there was no Wi-Fi. After I got in touch, I even helped switch the apartment's power supply, but that didn't fix it. They eventually gave us access to the Internet upstairs, though the signal was so weak it kept cutting out. We had to use our own paid network. The washing machine also wasn't working properly. After spending a lot of time on it with no success, I contacted them again. It turned out there was an issue with the door and it needed a special technique to close. We followed their rules and cleaned the dishes and garbage ourselves before leaving. Then, after we'd gone, we got a call accusing us of damaging the toilet lid and leaving without saying anything. But the crack was already there. I saw it at 11 p.m. the night before last. Since it didn't affect use, we didn't do anything about it, just as we hadn't addressed the broken Wi-Fi and washing machine, which we saw as badly maintained equipment. They still blamed us despite our explanation and charged the credit card they had received from booking without our authorization! If you choose this apartment, check all the equipment throughout the place before you leave, so you don't end up paying for it!

We highly recommend this apartment and would happily come back. It's right downtown in Colmar's old city, with restaurants, bakeries, a museum, and the Rapp parking garage all within walking distance. There are so many good things about the place.
