Em Life Colmar

The location worked really well for us. A large supermarket, the old town, and local attractions were all an easy walk away, and parking was convenient and flexible for our car. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out, with separate living room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. We felt at home there. Emma’s kindness made a big difference. Before we arrived, she sent clear, friendly check-in directions. On our first rainy night, we couldn’t figure out the radiator, so I emailed her and she came over straight away to explain it. Another night we got back late from a long day trip and the electronic door lock wouldn’t work. I used the intercom, and Emma came down within moments to let us in. In the morning she emailed to say the battery had caused the problem and it was fixed. We felt very well looked after. I’d had a rather unpleasant check-in at our previous accommodation in Strasbourg and arrived at EM LIFE Colmar feeling worried. Those worries disappeared as soon as we got there. Out of the more than 20 places we stayed during the trip, Emma’s was the best for its hospitality, facilities, location, and value. For a drive around Alsace, I found Colmar a relaxed base for seeing both the city and nearby villages like Riquewihr, Eguisheim, and Kaysersberg. We didn’t need to stay in Strasbourg. We left with happy hearts and lovely memories, and would gladly return to EM LIFE COLMAR on another visit to Alsace. Highly recommended!
