The location and views were great, and breakfast was very good. What didn’t work for me was the tiny kitchenette for guests, along with the lack of flexibility or proactive suggestions when they were needed.

The view is lovely, and I imagine that’s what the room price reflects. The room itself is clean but small and without much charm. The mattress is hard, so anyone with back problems would be better off avoiding it. There wasn’t much feeling of community, either. We kept being pushed to try “Chez Mireille,” which is surely connected to our landlady. I’ve never had that happen before. I personally prefer “Le Refuge,” but oh well.

The decor is tasteful and well cared for, and the welcome was warm. I felt comfortable right away. And the view over Mont Blanc is breathtaking. Such a relaxing place 😊

The welcome was incredibly warm, and the staff were genuinely helpful. With its breathtaking Mont Blanc view, this is an exceptional place. I highly recommend it.
