The food was delicious and nicely presented, and the place looked good too. Vegetarian choices are limited, though there’s usually one starter and some sides. When I went, one side had run out and another wasn’t vegetarian, so I had very little to choose from, just one starter and one side. The portions were big enough that I was full. The wait to order was the main problem. We had to sit for 45 minutes before we could order. After that, service was pretty quick, but waiting that long just to order wasn’t acceptable. Google and their page say drinks and salads are available before dinner. We arrived at 19:00 and were told to come back at 19:30, though later we saw people drinking beer in the garden, so maybe ordering a drink earlier is possible. That’s why I’m giving four stars: the food deserves five, but the service gets three.

The outside didn’t make the place look all that exciting, but Google Maps pointed us there and we were glad we went in. The tapas-style dishes were excellent, came quickly and tasted so good. Some were a surprise because we couldn’t quite make sense of the menu in French and Catalan, but everything was delicious.

As a chef, I have to say the duck leg was one of the best I’ve had: crispy, juicy, and served with a superb jus. The food was amazing, the staff were lovely, and 26€ for duck with potatoes seems reasonable for cooking this good. Prices have gone up, and running a restaurant is hard. Well done, guys, keep it up and don’t let nasty people get to you! I’m surprised the restaurant has only 4.2*, it feels like it should be at 4.8-5. I saw a big group of Spanish tourists turned away because there wasn’t space, and every one of them left a 1* review. What a shame that people can be so awful.

Highly recommend it. The local wine was delicious and cheap. Grey goose was very cold, the pata negra fresh, and the magret delicious 😋.
