It was clean and organized, but we hadn’t expected it to be some kind of senior home since it was listed as a hotel. We only stayed one night, so it didn’t cause any harm, but it still wasn’t what we expected.

The room was spacious, and it’s a nice apart-hotel.

The little birds kept us company during our stay, which was lovely. The location is perfect, quiet, and well situated, and the price was just right. The kitchen equipment could be better, though. During our short stay the fridge door wouldn’t close properly, so it didn’t cool and started frosting up. It needs a quick repair, especially in this warm spring. Apart from that small problem, everything was great.

April 2026 The staff are very friendly, and I saw them treat the other residents with real consideration and kindness. My ground-floor room was spacious, though it had a strong sewage smell. I managed to fix it by lowering the blinds, opening the patio doors, and running water in the kitchen and bathroom. Without that, I couldn’t have stayed. You can have breakfast in the house or use the private kitchen in your room or apartment. It’s a convenient place to recharge while traveling to or from the South, and a good base for a few nights exploring the interesting city of Dijon. Reservations have to be made through booking portals; they don’t accept direct bookings. I highly recommend it!
