We've been returning for nine years, and still leave wanting to come back. For us, the Basque Country means Espelette and Moulin de Pascale, which we first discovered all those years ago. Pascale and Léo keep pointing us toward new places to explore. The welcome is warm, with such care in the little details that we always feel at home. The meals show real love for local produce, cooked with care and served in a friendly, generous spirit. The regional flavors come through beautifully. Breakfast is a delight too, with fresh bread, croissants, and local jams. Nothing feels overlooked.
