Chambres d'Hôtes les Charmettes

We brought our family here to show them the place, and they loved it as much as we do. This was our third visit, and each stay has been a pleasure. Raphael and Jasmine are always warm, charming and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

The view from our room left us speechless when we arrived. Depending on the weather, mist drifts from Étretat's cliffs into the bay and over the land. Our host called it the mysterious spirit of Étretat, which comes and goes, and that image appears in some of the paintings too. The old family house has been lovingly renovated over the years by the owner, an architect, and his wife. It holds antiques as well as sophisticated works of art, and we never missed having a television. The host family were friendly throughout our week, and it was clear that making guests feel at home mattered to them. We especially loved the warm atmosphere and the generous, delicious breakfasts, which gave us a chance to chat with the other guests. Even the occasional table mishap, including two tablecloths stained with coffee, was no problem. A truly special stay in a place that feels almost mystical. Thank you so much! Lukas & Sandra

We loved the friendly feel and how peaceful and relaxing the place was. The welcome was charming, the room lovely and breakfast delicious. It's in a fantastic spot, steps from the beach, with a stunning sea view.
