Hotel Clair Soleil

Audrey looked after us from booking through departure, and had everything ready even though we arrived late from London, tired on our first night. The apartment was warm and comfortable, with the essentials in place, and ski lockers were provided. We also asked for a Raclette for New Year Eve, and she arranged it. A bigger pan for boiling pasta or potatoes would've helped, but there were several services available. Thanks to Audrey for the hospitality. Sandra, London. We'll definitely be back soon.

The family running the residence were super nice, and the views were amazing. The place was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Claire and Audrey were excellent hosts, and we had a wonderful stay at L'Insolite. The apartment was beautiful and the setting stunning. We're looking forward to coming back next year.

We stayed a whole week and were given only 4 coffee capsules, 1 roll of toilet paper, and a sample bag of detergent. On checkout, we followed the instructions to leave everything in the dishwasher, but Audrey accused us of damaging a frying pan and demanded payment for a new one. She wouldn't give my family our luggage from storage until we insisted on seeing and cleaning the pan. She kept saying it was destroyed, but after we cleaned it, you couldn't even tell it apart from the new one she had brought out. The service and communication were far from 5 star, and I could hardly give it 1 star. The service was horrendous and rude. Audrey spoke English the whole time, then switched to only French when she was at fault.
