Le Christiania - La Toussuire

I was there on a school trip with my classmates, and the chalet was a really unpleasant place to stay. Some bedroom doors wouldn’t shut and had no locks. A few rooms had no bathroom, so we had to use the communal showers. In my room the ceiling was starting to collapse, the windows were very small, and there was hardly any hot water from the showers or taps. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the mattresses, pillowcases, duvets, and other bedding had blood and semen stains. I’d tell people never to go there.

The staff were very nice, but the hotel itself was disgusting. The beds looked like prison beds, and the toilets were awful. The showers had blood or yellow stains all over them. The food was DISGUSTING, and the room mattresses were far too HARD. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I wouldn’t recommend this unpleasant hotel. There were water leaks in rooms on the second floor, and rooms on the third floor had defects. Some bunk beds were missing slats, and some rooms for two had no toilet or shower.

The hotel was welcoming, the staff were very friendly, and it was close to the ski slopes. But this was a school trip, and the rooms were too small. My room didn’t have its own bathroom, so I had to use the shared showers. There were only two per floor for around 20 people, which made it hard to get a turn. It was the same problem with the toilets.
