The location was a real plus, less than a five-minute walk from the centre and slopes, with a cooperative right next door. We also liked the underground parking, dog-friendly rooms, and the pool, sauna, and hammam area. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and had lovely mountain views. Staff were friendly and professional. We had a wonderful stay at L’Ecrin des Sybelles and would happily return.

We had a pleasant enough two-night stay. The place met expectations and the setting was nice, though there were a few cobwebs. Staff organization and professionalism could be better, and that took away from the experience a little. The atmosphere was especially friendly, maybe too much so for a professional setting. It was acceptable overall, but the staff could improve.

The apartment was welcoming, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were really pleasant and friendly. There's a shuttle nearby to get to the snow front if you don't want to walk 400 metres.
