Catherine and Wilfield made a big difference to our stay. They were attentive, kind, professional, and welcoming every time we saw them, and always ready to help. Their care made us feel at home and genuinely valued. They represent hospitality and respect so well, and turned an ordinary hotel stay into a memorable one. Thank you both for the warm welcome and excellent service. The ibis Budget Paris Gennevilliers was comfortable, clean, well organized, and conveniently placed for public transport and the main attractions in the area. From arrival through the end of our stay, everything went very well. Congratulations to the whole team, especially Catherine and Wilfield. We’d gladly come back on our next Paris visit and recommend the hotel without hesitation. A well-deserved 10/10.

Good value for Paris compared with what other hotels cost. Catherine at reception was great. I didn’t have a suitable charger, and she helped me charge my phone. Hope to see you soon.

The breakfast is fine if you just want something to get the day started: cereal, juice, tea and coffee from the machine, ham, cheese, fresh baguette, and pain au chocolate. The staff are helpful and engaging, and speak English as well as French. The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean, although the rooms and fittings looked tired and in need of replacement. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs or ask for a room away from the railway. The goods trains woke me many times.

A lovely place with a good view, and the receptionist Cathy was charming. Thanks for the hospitality. I’ll be back.

The breakfast was delicious, and Alex’s famous crepes are worth asking about. Everyone we dealt with was lovely. We arrived after a nightmarish experience at another Paris hotel, so the kind welcome from Alex, the front desk manager, and his extra helpfulness were a real relief. Fantastic hotel, couldn’t recommend it more.
