After travelling 600 km, my family and I reached the place and found that the Airbnb listing was fake. We were left stranded on a hilltop without help, even from Airbnb. I tried contacting the real owner, based on a number I found through Google, and he said he had never listed the property on Airbnb. I still don’t know who was responsible for the mess, but Airbnb showed no accountability. Please check carefully before booking. I certainly wouldn’t book through Airbnb.
