I stayed here years ago and found the owners confrontational, with little sense of hospitality. I gave it a one star review at the time, but I’ve since deleted it because I understand there are new owners, who aren’t responsible for what happened before. I wish them good luck going forward.

We regularly stay at the Moulin des Chenneviers and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Giverny. The property is beautiful and well kept, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with several price points. Above all, the proprietors, Stephanie and Gerard, are very accommodating and friendly.

The view over the Giverny surroundings is lovely, and Monet's Gardens are close by. I was made to feel right at home by the owners, who were so friendly and helpful. The homemade breakfast is a must. Such a cute place, I'd happily come back.
