The digital key made getting into the B&B Hotels easy, without needing a physical key. Service was good, though the cleaner knocked on my door a couple of times before noon.

For the price, this was a great hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of tasty food at breakfast.

I especially liked the scrambled eggs and bacon at breakfast, which was good value, though the plate they provide is tiny. In the room, there were only two very soft pillows, and I would have preferred another one. The room itself was the usual generic sort, with what you need but no luxury. Noise from the nearby Bordeaux ring road wasn't too bad, and the location was easy to find for an overnight stop on the way to Spain. Online check-in and an access code made arrival timing simple. I'd stay again if the price was right.

We had a really nice stay here and would recommend the hotel anytime!

We arrived after midnight and booked through the machine at the entrance. When we got into the room, someone had literally defecated on the bed. I went back to the machine to reach a hotel employee, but was told they couldn't help and that I could only go to reception in the morning to deal with it. Where was I supposed to sleep, in that mess? And I was expected to return the next day to sort it out? Disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If something goes wrong, you'll lose your money and have to find another hotel, because any other one would be better.
