The location was good, but I came away feeling the stay was uncomfortable and poor value. On arrival, the place wasn't very clean: there were cobwebs, worn-out sofas, and an outdated kitchen with appliances that didn't work right. The dishwasher leaked. There were only two toilets for ten people, neither with ventilation, and the walls were so thin we could hear everything in the other rooms. The doors creaked loudly enough to wake people at night. We also faced several extra charges, including a resort fee, cleaning fee, and security deposit. Despite paying to have the place cleaned, we had to clean the whole house and strip the beds before leaving. I wouldn't recommend it or stay again. I hope this helps someone.

The yard, pool, and grounds around the houses were lovely and well cared for. The stay inside was another story. The house Marjolaine was dirty when we arrived, with spiders and insects, and the furniture was old, poor quality, and smelled unpleasant. The appliances were old and faulty, the toilets had no windows or ventilation, the WiFi was barely usable, and there were flies everywhere. The host was unfriendly too. We paid extra for the dog and for cleaning, but didn't see the cleaning reflected in the house. The house is old and nice, but sleeping in a room that seemed unclean for 100 years wasn't acceptable. We travel all over the world, and this was one of the most horrible places we've stayed. After reading your reply today, it's clear we're never coming back. Please explain to all the divers that you don't like cleaning your house, and that it's dirty and full of spiders and insects. Believe me, I have pictures. I hope you learn something from this situation for the future of your business.

We stayed here as a base for cave diving around the Lot, and they even have a dedicated divers' house for storing equipment. The cottage-style apartments have all the comforts you need, with Gramat close by and lovely surroundings.

The owner was really nice and helpful, and we enjoyed the cozy, peaceful accommodation. We only stayed a few days, but the lovely spot near Rocamadour made for a very pleasant visit. We'd definitely recommend it.
