ibis budget Issy Les Moulineaux Paris Ouest

The staff were kind and patient, and good service made up for the small room. It was nice, with a good bed and a warm shower in the bathroom. Right next door there's a little bread shop that gave us that authentic French 🥖 feel. The hotel is in a good spot, and prices around there aren't as high as they would be closer to the Eiffel Tower. I'll come back next time I'm here.

The plaza out front has nice local restaurants worth trying, and the boulangerie across the way is delicious. The place was clean and comfortable too. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the location. The tram is just a couple of steps away, so getting to Paris is really easy!

The location is just outside Paris, but it's easy to get around by public transit, and the area is cute. Our rooms were clean and as advertised, breakfast was great, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again.

My sister uses a wheelchair, and Mr. Halidi at reception and Mr. Matoussi, the security officer, helped us in every way they could, often without being asked. Their support felt respectful, sincere, and heartfelt. Mr. Halidi was approachable, professional, and genuinely kind. He handled every question and request patiently, always with a warm smile. Mr. Matoussi showed us constant attention, kindness, and humanity. I'm amazed, in the best way, that people this caring still exist. Their service went far beyond what we expected and made our stay unforgettable. A huge thank you to both of them. They're a real asset to this hotel and wonderful examples of hospitality.
