This was a really bad business experience. I booked by phone and gave my card details, then canceled 48 hours later for a stay that was still two months away. The person on the phone told me the reservation was canceled, but they charged €1,080 anyway. When you make a booking, they’re still in the car and don’t write anything down, except the credit card numbers. It’s outrageous, and the manager, Ms. Boyer, won’t listen to anything.

The cottages were clean, pleasant, and bright, and the price was reasonable. We got an excellent welcome, too. The ski resort is 15 minutes away.
