The pool was a hit with our group of 14 students in September, and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast and dinner were great too. We had a lovely stay. I'd suggest contacting them directly to ask about the family rooms.

The bathroom is what keeps this from feeling like a three-star place. Cold water pressure was almost nonexistent, and the worn shower fitting sent a weak stream toward the wall. The main bedroom was fine, if a little tired. For a two-star hotel, though, the staff were great, 10/10, and the restaurant food was excellent. Decent bathrooms where everything works could justify three stars.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the room felt cozy and clean. The wooden furniture, in Reunion Island's authentic style, gave it a real cocooning feel. Even the simple, modern bathroom fit the stay nicely. Such a lovely surprise for a two-star hotel.

The room was the worst I've stayed in on La Reunion island. It felt humid and wasn't very clean, and the bathroom was below acceptable standards. Management's attitude added to our discontent. The restaurant was okay, but two of the five main dishes weren't available, even during peak tourist season. Terribly disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Such kind staff, honestly enough to give you hope in humanity ❤️ The hotel is simple and excellent, with a heated pool and stunning mountain views. It's also in a prime spot for hiking around the area.
