We came for a family vacation and would tell others to stay somewhere else. The condition of the equipment and bedding is seriously poor, even if only a few reviews describe it in detail. Cleanliness was a major problem: there was thick, very old-looking dust, cobwebs, and insects everywhere. We found three cockroaches in the kitchen when we arrived, and a centipede in the bathroom had come through a crack in the tiles. The walls were moldy; after we complained, the host covered them with a thick coat of white paint. The mosquito nets were old, torn, and filthy, with dead mosquitoes on them. The host was dishonest and twisted our comments back against us. When we mentioned the cobwebs, he asked, “Hasn't it ever happened to you that you woke up with a cobweb on your face?” He seemed to suggest it was normal for the place to get covered in cobwebs in just a few hours. LOL.

Fred and Regina's hospitality deserves more than five stars. We had a wonderful stay at Kay Zandoli, and we're very grateful to them. The garden is lovely, and the pool and spa were great for cooling off and relaxing after a sunny day. We slept really well, too. It's easy to reach the beach on foot, and the spot near Tartane and Trinité works well for exploring Martinique.

Don't stay here if you want to enjoy your trip. The pool terrace, sun loungers, deck chairs, and outdoor furniture are in awful condition, and the path to the rentals is slippery and covered in leaves. There's saltpeter on the kitchen walls, the place feels unsanitary, and the jacuzzi is held together with tape. It's a real mosquito breeding ground. I'll leave it there. Regina and Frédéric really look after their guests. They're attentive, extremely helpful, and provide excellent service. The air-conditioned room was comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Thanks so much for having us, and for the typical Martinican meal, homemade mojito, and rum punch they make themselves. Thank you!
