Au Clos de Launay

We loved sitting on the little terrace outside the Louis room and listening to birds in the garden. The photos matched what we found, and the place was tastefully decorated, clean, tidy, and well looked after. Breakfast was generous and had plenty of variety, and having a kitchenette was a nice extra. After a long journey, the "jar" meal was just right. We stayed four nights at the end of March over Easter, in a quiet little village near Nantes. Our host was so attentive, helpful, flexible, and pleasant. We left with very fond memories. Thank you for everything :)

The meal-in-a-jar idea is unusual, friendly, and honestly very good. We had a generous breakfast with lots of variety waiting for us the next morning, too. The welcome was warm, and we got useful advice about the area. It's peaceful, and the room was tastefully decorated, making for a lovely evening and night.
