After a long trip, arriving to find reception shut and the automatic room dispenser broken is awful. We had to go to another hotel some distance away. This was the second time it happened to us this year, which makes it especially bad. The assistance service and staff at the other hotel had a cavalier attitude. Maybe another budget hotel would be a better choice.

A good spot for a short stop and a proper rest. The room was small, but comfortable, and everything was very clean.

We love this brand, but wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. There were no staff or reception, and neither the automatic check-in nor online check-in worked. The air conditioning was out too, and some areas were dirty.

The manager welcomed me warmly and checked that everything was all right. I’d asked for a ground-floor room and got one with a parking space right outside the door. I slept comfortably, then was quickly on my way the next day. The price was very reasonable too.

The hotel was handy for the supermarket and nearby places to eat, including KFC and MacDonalds. I stayed six days while waiting for my father at Hospital Louis pasteur, the closest hotel to the hospital. The service was great, and the receptionist gave me a lot of things we needed. The room was clean and tidy, with enough space for the price.
