Armando knew the menu inside out and gave us great suggestions, including which wine to pair with the dishes. We liked the experience so much that we came back the next night for their famous omelette. It was delicious, and big enough for the two of us to share. I would've preferred a little less omelette and more pork belly and vegetables. We'd return in a heartbeat.

The dining room is beautiful, and the atmosphere feels just right. The food was tasty and clearly cooked with care, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. This lived up to my high expectations and then some. It doesn't feel like a tourist trap, just a classic. Bon travail.

Kellia took such good care of us. After touring Mont Saint Michel, we stopped in for a late lunch on a cold day. The mushroom soup was rich and delicious, and we each had a bowl. We shared the light, airy omelette with black garlic, which was tasty with the cheese. A bottle of the prelude Grand Cru finished the meal nicely. I'd highly recommend it.

We left feeling we'd experienced real hospitality and respect for tradition, and we'd be glad to come back. The cuisine was excellent, with each dish carefully prepared, balanced in flavor, and thoughtfully presented. Service was attentive, discreet, and professional.
