We had a great stay at Hôtel Soleil des Neiges during our summer motorcycle trip from Istanbul. The hotel felt cosy and welcoming, and the owner's daughter was especially helpful and hardworking. Her dedication really made a difference for us. We're already planning to return the next time we're in the area.

We've been coming as a family with friends for five years, usually around ten of us. We eat here almost every lunchtime because the food is good and it's convenient. But this woman is always unpleasant, and I've never seen her smile. This year, while we were waiting for a table, she pushed us out with inappropriate language and made it clear we had to wait until tables were cleared before sitting down. We've had the same experience again, so definitely avoid this place!!!

We didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. We came for a family lunch hoping for a quiet meal, but the owner practically turned us away, saying there were no tables despite the terrace being almost empty. We know reservations are common, but the tone and disdainful attitude were completely out of line. A bit of politeness and respect for customers would have gone a long way. We ended up eating at the brasserie/snack bar next door instead, where both the service and food were very pleasant.
