The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well equipped, and we had a wonderful stay in the great cottage. Brigitte gave us such a warm welcome, with a delicious breakfast and tips on where to eat nearby. You’ll be well looked after if you book here to visit the area :)

The quiet, green surroundings and the cleanliness made our stay at Brigitte’s especially pleasant. She was a friendly, attentive host, and breakfast was very generous. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend staying here, and would be glad to return.

Le Tilleul is a good choice if you want somewhere quieter, and it’s a quick bus ride from Étretat. Our experience with the housekeeper, Brigitte, was less pleasant. She seemed friendly at first, but became very rude if we didn’t follow the rules, including checking in at 5 p.m., wiping down the shower after every use, and keeping to the breakfast schedule. On our departure day, we were made to leave the house at 11 a.m. The mattress was also very hard.
