The apartment is great and can sleep 10-12, though it wasn't completely clean and could use a bit of maintenance, including the bathroom grout and the benches. The beds, shower, and sauna were all fine, and the sauna was especially cosy. The ski bus goes to the gondola. It can get noisy, and the heater needs to be switched off for a while.
