10/10
The location didn't offer much in the way of scenic views, which brought my location rating down to three stars. Otherwise, I had an excellent stay at Best Western Hotel Pau Lescar. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were a real highlight, with a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna available at no extra charge. It's also pet-friendly, which makes it a great option if you're traveling with a furry companion.
8/10
Breakfast was nice, with breads, croissants, fruit, jam, pancakes, juices, coffee, eggs, sausage, and more. The staff were amazing and really helpful, and my room was cozy and functional. For the price, it was a good spot. The hotel sits in the middle of an industrial park, which felt a little strange, but I wasn't there for the views. It's also not too far from the airport.
8/10
I was here for one night on a work trip. Of the hotels I've tried around here, this is the one that stands out as best. The service was exceptional!

The owner was the best, especially with all the COVID complications. She did everything she could to make our stay perfect, and she pulled it off. A very nice hotel with clean facilities and very good service. I really recommend it!
8/10
Nice place to stay, with good services. The staff are so friendly and always available. Pau has beautiful sunsets and sunrises.
