We came back for a second visit with a group of 30 students, and the hotel was still comfortable and fun as we'd hoped. A big thank you to the lovely staff, especially Chloe at reception and the night security guard. His vigilance meant the boys couldn't sneak out long after their teachers' curfew, and we're very grateful. Highly recommended, and many thanks!

The rooms are simple but nice, and the range of room types works well for families and groups. We enjoyed breakfast on a previous stay, but this time there was no hot food either morning, and the attendant didn't seem in a hurry to replenish it. It was quite expensive, and definitely not worth paying extra for. Very disappointing.

The room was super comfortable, and check-in and check-out were easy with everything automated. Staff were friendly, and the food court and bar are really cool. The bathrooms need some attention: only one toilet and shower were working, and both could use a bit of care. I'd definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good, and the location was okay, though not in the centre. This is a very basic hotel or hostel, with cheap furniture and a large food court on the entrance level. It was quite full, so they were less able to accommodate some requests we'd put in our reservation.

I asked for a particular room to meet my needs, and they gave me exactly what I needed. It's a clean, comfortable hotel, very close to Gambetta metro station and about a 20-minute walk from the centre. Reception service was normal. The staff seemed tired from the heavy workload, which I can understand since we went at Christmas.
