2/10
Our room had been booked twice, even though we had made our reservation six months before arriving. The alternative offered was poor and farther from where we wanted to be. We should have realized there might be trouble when our messages and calls went unanswered. We only managed to get a reply from the concierge service after the staff at the shoe shop called the owner. A really poor show.

The bathroom was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were lovely. The location was great too. The kitchen was poorly equipped, though, and the apartment could use some more comfortable chairs.
