We didn't feel safe after several suspicious vehicles showed up just two hours after we'd arrived and set up camp. The men stared at us, the other campers, and our belongings, which made us uncomfortable. We left a few hours after checking in, but reception kept the full payment for the following two nights and refused any refund. The customer care was very poor, and the decision felt mean and unhelpful.

The toilets and showers were clean, but there was no toilet paper. It's a 2.8 km walk to the sanctuary. Services are very basic and a bit expensive for what you get, with electricity at 8€.

I paid 72 euros for two nights with my motorhome, one adult, two dogs and electricity. The site was clean, though very basic, and it has facilities for motorhomes. The sanctuary is about 2.5 km away, with transport available through reception. The toilets were simple but kept clean.

We paid €14.40 for what felt like a car park with electricity. We've stayed at plenty of aires and campsites for under €10 with far more facilities, and I'd have been less annoyed if the description had been honest about what was unavailable. The facilities were the main problem. The play areas were partly dismantled, the trampoline cages were empty, there were no machines in the laundry room, and the washing taps were all off. When we went to empty the chemical toilet, the code wouldn't work in the machine. Wi-Fi was awful too. It took us almost two hours to find the place because Google Maps was wrong. The website links to Google Maps, and the map they provide themselves wasn't much help either. The site also didn't match its description: it was said to be peaceful, in the countryside at the foot of the Pyrenees, with motorhome facilities available 24 hours and the services open all year except toilets and showers. Instead, there's a main road on one side and train tracks on the other. Buildings, power lines and advertising signs block the mountain view, and the surroundings didn't feel peaceful at all. The website made it look amazing, so we were very disappointed.

The service from this company was poor, and I didn't think much of the owner either. In my view, it's a very bad company.
