I’ve already booked for next year, which will be my third stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the Sanctuary is so convenient to get to. The staff are always smiling, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast is lovely!!!

The hotel is in a great spot, about a four-minute walk from the Sanctuary and near plenty of good restaurants. My family is going back to Lourdes next month, and I’ll recommend staying here because of Daniel alone. At the front desk he was warm, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. When there was a small mix-up, he sorted it out quickly and graciously. He’s a wonderful ambassador for the hotel and clearly cares about guests.

We had to find the other guest in our twin room whenever one of us was around the hotel, since the place uses metal keys. The rooms are very poorly insulated for sound, and every day we woke at 4-5 am to footsteps above us or people talking in the corridor. Breakfast was very limited. When we asked for the buffet to be topped up, staff said it had run out. Moving big luggage can also be a problem, since the taxi can only stop about 30m away. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
