Francois Dagos looked after us and gave us great service. The hotel is small, but the service feels big.

A quiet spot for a quiet town, at an affordable price. No fuss, and the owner is friendly.

It's peaceful and well placed for walking to the sanctuary, and our group of families was comfortable. The views of the cemetery are a surprise, though. It's a very basic hotel, and we noticed the quality had gone down between our first and second visits.

We first heard about the hotel from friends who had stayed there, and my family and I were glad we tried it. The people running it are exceptionally pleasant. We had a wonderful time and some delicious grilled fish. Renovations are going on at the moment. We highly recommend it.

We found the Saveurs d'Afrique restaurant by chance while taking the elevator to the cave. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the dishes were prepared well. My wife is African and very particular about food, but she enjoyed it. If you're after authentic food and a change of scenery, I'd recommend trying dishes such as chicken DG. The prices are good value.
