I barely slept because the doors wouldn't latch properly and kept banging all night. The place felt damp everywhere, with spiders around, and the service was extremely poor and rude. Honestly, this was the dirtiest hotel ever. It deserves zero stars, not three.

The room and bed were comfortable, and the food was good. The staff were kind and friendly, and some of them spoke English. A nice hotel in Lourdes.

The food was fair, and the clean rooms have been recently renovated. The staff were good too. The location is great, though they should put a bin liner in the trash can.

We had a very nice stay and enjoyed our time there.

The rooms were bad, the service was bad, and the food was bad too. You don't get what you pay for.
