It felt like home, and the breakfast was nice. The lady at reception answered my emails without any fuss, and when I called to say my train was delayed, that was no problem. The train ended up being two hours late, so I arrived at 1 am, and a helpful gentleman was waiting at the entrance. Lourdes is a splendid city, Our Lady of Lourdes ♥️♥️♥️

The bathroom was clean, and the room was an okay size, though a little dated. We stopped for one night on our trip. The bed had a fleece blanket, which I personally don’t like, so I took it off and slept with the sheet. It was lovely and warm, so that wasn’t an issue. The rest of my family were fine with their blankets, too.

We had a short stay and enjoyed it. The room was small, but we only needed somewhere to sleep. The hotel was clean, with an elevator, friendly staff, good food, and comfortable beds. It’s near Lourdes’ famous church without being too loud. If we’re looking for a hotel in Lourdes again, we’d stay here.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved the experience. It’s a calm, quiet place, within walking distance of Lourdes Church and the other shops. I’d definitely recommend it.
