The reception, bar, and entrance were good, but the bedrooms are very basic and need updating, and the bathroom needs refurbishing. The mattresses are extremely firm. Breakfast was very poor, with hardly any choice, and lunch and dinner were poor too, with no choice at all. The restaurant staff seemed poorly trained and didn't understand what we needed or asked for. It doesn't come up to British standards, and wasn't even good enough for one star.

The rooms were cramped and dated, and the food was poor. Staff service was alright, but the stay was bad overall. I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything felt unprofessional. The food was bad and there wasn't enough of it. Internet costs €2 per hour. Don't go there.

The biggest issue was the invoice. Even after numerous requests and formal notices, I never got one that complied with regulations, though it was mandatory. That meant I couldn't claim reimbursement for the stay through my company's employee benefits program, so it cost me much more than I'd expected. On top of that, the room was uncomfortable and noisy. I'm very disappointed and won't return.
