The airport shuttle stops right in front of Hotel Paradise, which made getting around very convenient. We were visiting Lourdes for the first time and had a great stay. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, including with information about shuttle times. I’d definitely come back and choose Hotel paradise again. A bottle of water in the room would be useful, as it’s a basic necessity.

We spent two nights here in Lourdes, and all the staff were warm and friendly. The hotel is in a quieter, less touristy part of town, so getting to the sanctuary takes a bit of walking, depending on what you prefer. We were there in October, and those cool mornings were just right.

Breakfast was okay, and the hotel is near the centre of Lourdes. The rooms could use some refurbishment. The website said there was AC, but it was switched off, and our room got very hot even though it was 22 degrees outside. After a short discussion, they moved us to another room.

Miseta and Dedro at reception made our stay especially pleasant. They greeted us with big smiles and patiently answered all our questions. When I needed an umbrella and the hotel didn’t provide one, Miseta went out of her way to find one in a cupboard. That small kindness showed real care and hospitality. I hope management recognises how dedicated and helpful both colleagues are 👏👏

One star at best. We waited an hour for our room because reception didn’t believe we had booked, even after we showed all the evidence. Customer service was very poor, the rooms were in a bad state of repair, and the bar staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing.
