Hotel Sainte Rose

Marie Jose at reception was especially welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast staff were lovely as well. The continental breakfast was decent, with hot sausages, eggs you could boil yourself, and omelettes available. The room, on the fifth floor, had a lovely view over town and the mountains and hills in the distance. It was about five minutes from the sanctuary. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom seemed recently renovated, with a large walk-in shower and okay water pressure. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We got a last-minute place here with the scouts, and it turned out to be a great experience. The rooms were spacious and nice, and the staff made us feel very welcome. They even let us use the kitchen that evening. I'd absolutely recommend booking a stay here. Greetings from Belgium :)

The four of us had a comfortable, spacious room, with a staircase leading up to more beds, something I'd never seen in a room before. The shrine is very close, and the hotel can arrange parking in its small lot if you call ahead. The pictures show a cafe and outdoor dining area, but neither was open. Dinner is a fixed-price set menu, and breakfast was a small continental one. There wasn't an à la carte menu or a buffet like the sign outside suggests, and no one was available to serve wine on the terrace. They should make it clear that the cafe isn't open.

The refurbished rooms are tastefully done, and the elevators were helpful for our aunt, who has mobility needs. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the Front Office, and they paid close attention to allergy requirements. Hôtel Sainte Rose is in a great location and was a pleasant place to stay in Lourdes.
