The hostess was welcoming and helpful with dinner suggestions, and breakfast was included. We enjoyed the spacious, comfortable rooms and updated bathrooms, along with the location and value. A couple of things to know: there’s no elevator, only stairs, and the roads in Lourdes make it tricky to reach. Google Maps isn’t very up to date. It’s an old converted house, so sound travels between floors and you can hear people moving around in their rooms.

We had such a lovely time here, my parents and I. The woman who runs the place was an absolute dear, warm and motherly, and so accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, a sweet and savoury mix, with coffee and hot chocolate available. The old-fashioned house felt homey, with large rooms that were beautifully furnished and decorated, and a stunning view of the Sanctuary from the balcony. Just be aware there’s no elevator. The stairs were safe and elegant, so it wasn’t an issue for us, but still worth knowing. 👍🏼 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!

Coming to Lourdes for pilgrimage and prayer has been my dream since I was little. We could see the cathedral from our balcony, and our Neouvielle Level 3 rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the owner was extremely nice. It’s very close to the train station and church. I highly recommend staying here.

The views from our room are unbeatable, with the wonderful sounds of lourdes around us. This was our second stay, after visiting in summer 2022, and this time we came in winter. Cecile is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely each day, with a great range of choices for everyone.

Cecile and her husband made us feel very welcome. The property is clean and well kept, and breakfast was excellent. Our bedroom was beautiful, with great views of the Lourdes basilica and pyrenees mountains. The location is very convenient for restaurants and visiting the basilica.
