Appart Ambiance Pré Gaudry

The team made a real difference for us. Everyone was courteous, professional, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Special thanks to Mr. JOSH/JOSHUA, who gave us more help and guidance than we expected, always with a warm smile. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was delicious.

Joshua at reception made exploring the city easier, with useful restaurant suggestions and transport tips. He was welcoming, attentive, and knew the local area well. The hotel itself felt peaceful and cozy, and the bedroom and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. It was clean and well maintained throughout, and the location was great. The lift was out of service while we were there. We appreciate management's efforts to address it and hope it will be replaced soon for future guests. A lovely stay, especially for anyone who values cleanliness and hospitality.

Getting around was easy, with the Metro right outside and the main train station just four stops away. Auchan, a bakery, and a bank were all about a minute from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were much larger than I expected. Cooking was difficult because there weren't enough utensils in the room. Also, with temperatures over 30 degrees outside, it was even hotter indoors and very uncomfortable without air conditioning. I'd be willing to pay more for a room with air conditioning.

I stayed for 20 days and really loved it here. I'd rate the place 4.8 out of 5. It works well for solo travellers and couples, and the kitchen area with its microwave and fridge was good. The bathroom was cosy too. In summer they provide a fan, which was helpful. The hotel is convenient for getting metro and buses, and there are supermarkets nearby.
