The staff handled our repeated flight delays with such grace, and throughout the stay they went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable and cared for. Our family room was huge, with a great view of the city and bunk beds for the kids. The location suited us perfectly, near the Old City and within walking distance of great restaurants in the 3rd arondissement. We’d stay again and highly recommend it.

The hotel is well located by the tram stop and river, with several tasty restaurants and cafes nearby in Part-Dieu. There’s no restaurant or fitness center on site, but knowing that ahead of time, it was a great stay. The desk staff were very nice at check-in and offered tips for touring Lyon. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

I’ve stayed at your hotel many times, but this time I asked about an upgrade for the first time and unfortunately didn’t get a nice reply. We didn’t get anything we’d asked for, and it’s sad to see such poor management. I wish there were slippers in the room. I understand the concern about "écologie", but you should offer customers an alternative. Maybe next time you won’t give us toilet paper either. The rates being the same for one person or a couple is also really disappointing. Why should I have to pay the couple’s price when I’m staying alone? I may not choose your hotel next time.

The fresh bread and pastries at breakfast were a real highlight. We also had a clean, nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed and pillows, and the staff spoke English well. Being close to both the river and the tram made getting around easy.

We spent three nights here, with plenty of restaurants close by and most attractions easy to reach on foot. The front desk team made the stay especially pleasant, they were welcoming, caring, and very friendly. I'd recommend it.
