The hotel itself is fairly decent, but bad service ruined the stay. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and many could barely communicate in English, making even simple interactions frustrating. If you expect capable, respectful customer service, don't count on finding it here.

Abdallah at Appart’City Classic in Lyon made a real difference during my stay. He was professional, friendly, and attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was comfortable and arranged. I was really impressed by his dedication to customer service. Highly recommend his hospitality and professionalism.

Quiet, very clean, and inexpensive, with Part Dieu train station just a short walk away. I'd stay here again.

Getting around was easy from here, with buses, the metro and tram nearby. The room was clean, the service was good, and the staff were helpful at any hour. One staff member even spoke to me in an Indian language, which I really appreciated. Everyone was great.

We only stayed briefly, but the team made us feel welcome and everything went smoothly. The hotel sits right in the city centre, with easy connections to the tram, metro, bus and Rhonexpress. If I’m back in Lyon, I’ll stay here again. Definitely recommend it.
