There’s no temporary parking or even a drop-off area, which is a major problem if you arrive by car. We had to block the parking entrance for a few minutes just to unload our bags. But if you’re arriving by train or the Rhone Express, the location is absolutely perfect. The rooms are small, but clean and well organized, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast has a plentiful range of high quality buffet options.

For a three star hotel, you get more than expected. It’s well placed, not far from Lyon Part Dieu train station or the Westfield shopping centre, with public transport all around. The service was friendly and efficient, and the bar was clean and luxurious. Rooms were clean, sleek, and modern. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Lyon.

For what you pay, this hotel is a 10/10. It’s modern and really nice, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and there’s a great range of food at breakfast. Highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed by how the hotel handled my booking. An unexpected medical emergency meant I couldn’t check in as planned. I emailed the hotel in advance but got no reply. I then asked Agoda customer service to help contact them, and after repeated follow-ups and coordination, the hotel still refused to give me a full refund. Another hotel on the same booking platform faced the same unforeseen circumstances and promptly issued a full refund after receiving my medical certificate. The difference in how we were treated has left me feeling deeply disappointed and unfairly treated.

The location is superb, right across from Part-Dieu station, so getting around Lyon was very convenient. Rooms are a little small, but they’ve been nicely renovated and are comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty to choose from, including some hot dishes.
